Hey Bhavz! It’s Pooj! Really love all the posts you’ve put up, especially the hair oils one. If you could do one about what heat protection products you use for hair, then that would be great.. I currently use John Freida products, but just wondering if there’s anything else out there that can be more beneficial? Would love to hear your thoughts on this 😀

I have been using Tresemme Heat Defence Styling Spray for years. I love it as it protects your hair from heating tools up to 230 degrees Celsius. This is a massive plus as i use GHD straighter which reach’s up to 230 degrees Celsius. It protects my hair as i do not have much split ends…so it must work? also, it helps keeps my frizz at bay.
I have just recently brought a new product last week as its on offer in superdrugs atm, it is called This One – Blow dry spray. It is a heat defence spray for while blow drying your hair, it contains rice oil and wheat proteins and again protects your hair from 230 Hi Pooj, Thank you very much 😀
